1. I didn't receive my tokens

Check Wallet Address

Ensure that you entered the correct wallet address.

Verify Transaction

Check your blockchain explorer (e.g., BscScan, Etherscan, Polygonscan) to confirm the transaction.

Network Congestion

Sometimes network congestion can delay token transfers — please wait a few minutes before retrying.

💡 Tip: Always double-check your wallet address before submitting a claim. One wrong character can send tokens to the wrong address.

2. I reached the claim limit

Our faucet has limits per wallet/IP to prevent abuse and ensure fair distribution for all users.

Testnet Claims:

  • • Cooldown: 24 hours between claims
  • • Daily limit: 1 claim per wallet
  • • Maximum amount: 0.2 tokens per claim

Mainnet Requests:

  • • Approval required
  • • Limited availability
  • • Higher verification needed

⏰ Cooldown Period: Please try again after the cooldown period (24 hours for testnet claims).

3. My wallet is not supported

Make sure you are using a compatible wallet configured for the correct testnet.

4. Tokens have no value

The tokens provided by our faucet are strictly for testing and development purposes only. They have no monetary value.

⚠️ Important: Testnet tokens have zero real-world monetary value. Do not attempt to trade, sell, or use them as financial instruments.
